Paddler Amalraj works with hypnosis expert to keep mind in shape

It was a good beginning for Anthony Amalraj in 2020 as the Tamil Nadu paddler broke into top-100 in the world rankings for the first time in his career. But things went haywire soon as the COVID-19 pandemic forced the International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF) to cancel all the tournaments and made it difficult for world No. 98 Amalraj to better his world ranking.
