CBI vs Kolkata police: Mamata, BJP claim victory

While Union Law Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad said Kolkata police commissioner Rajeev Kumar will have to appear before the CBI and contempt notices have been issued to top officials of West Bengal, Mamata Banerjee said the police officer had never said that he would not be available.
