Another legal battle looms as members, CoA clash

Vinod Rai, chairman of the Committee of Administrators (CoA) wrote to the Central Information Commission (CIC) on July 15, 2017 about bringing BCCI under the Right To Information (RTI) Act, 2005, and said that measures are already being taken "to ensure that there is transparency in the functioning of the BCCI" as per the orders of the Supreme Court.
